Europos Parkas was founded in 1991 by Lithuanian sculptor Gintaras Karosas. Sculpture park displays more than 100 works of art by artists from 27 different countries. The collection includes large scale works by famous contemporary artists such as Abakanowicz, Oppenheim, LeWitt, Pepper. The sculptures are permanently exhibited amidst beautiful rolling hills, woodlands and grasslands dotted with natural springs.The exhibition spans an area of 55 hectares and is visited by 40,000–60,000 people annually.
The permanent exhibition of modern art displayed in Europos Parkas is, considered by specialists to be one of the most interesting open-air museums in the world. The goal of the museum is to present the best of Lithuanian and international modern art achievements.

The worlds’ largest artwork made of TV sets LNK Infotree created by Lithuanian artist Gintaras Karosas has been built at Europos Parkas. Guinness World Records acknowledged the record in their official report.
EDUCATION
When visiting our museum you have an amazing opportunity to experience the joy of creating art. We organize special creative lessons for school children, where they can explore the fascinating world of contemporary art, broaden their horizons and get some inspiration. Children get to mold, draw, design, play and talk about art. Our programs are adapted for a wide range of age and educators choose the best activities suitable for every age group.
HALLS TO HOST EVENTS AND CONFERENCES
Europos Parkas – an ideal place for conferences, seminars, presentations, business meetings and social events. The Education and Information Centre's Conference Hall has capacity of 120 people, Europos Parkas Conference and Events Hall can seat up to 45 guests. The halls are equipped with Internet access, multimedia projector, laptop, overhead projector, flipchart, slides projector, TV set, video player, screen, CD and DVD player, audio equipment, fax, copy machine, etc.
MUSEUM RESTAURANT
In Europos Parkas you will find a cosy restaurant, where you can have lunch or dinner either indoors or in the open-air. The restaurant offers European cuisine. Europos Parkas Restaurant invites you to celebrate on your family special occasions, to make a party for your company clients or colleagues. The museum restaurant is an oasis of nature, art and peace. Fresh air and attentive service are guaranteed. The restaurant is open daily from 10 a.m. to sunset.
BOOKS AND SOUVENIRS
An Europos Parkas Guide Book, which can be found in the museum shop, is a book representing both the artworks of the Europos Parkas museum and their authors in Lithuanian and English languages. The museum shop offers a personal Europos Parkas visitor certificate, post-cards, booklets and souvenirs with Europos Parkas symbolics; also works of applied art and things that no tourist can do without: maps, photo-films etc.
WHEN VISITING THE MUSEUM
The museum is open for visitors throughout the year daily from 10 am to sunset. The last entry in summer time – at 7 pm.
